Nigel Windsor

Nigel was a founding partner of Sturt Capital. Prior to forming Sturt Capital, Nigel was an Executive Director at Allco Finance Group for 18 years, with experience in arranging finance and investments across multiple asset classes including shipping, aircraft and real estate. In particular, Nigel was jointly responsible for the inception and growth of Allocean, Allco’s shipping investment and management business, from its formation in 2003. Nigel’s responsibilities included corporate and debt structuring, investor relations and investment origination. Previously, Nigel worked with Macquarie Bank in structured asset finance and leasing.

Nigel is an experienced asset financier having been at the forefront of the development of structured cross currency, cross border airline and shipping financing. At Sturt Capital he draws on those skills and more to help our clients and investors solve complex financial problems.

Nigel has a BSc (Honours) from Imperial College and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. Nigel has dual Australian/British nationality and currently resides in Sydney.
